  • Name2. The landscaping scheme submitted as part of this application shall be fully completed in the first planting and seeding seasons following the first occupation of any part of the development or in accordance with a programme previously agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Any trees or plants removed, dying, being severely damaged or becoming seriously diseased, within 5 years of planting shall be replaced in the following planting season by trees or plants of a size and species similar to those originally required to be planted.6. The development shall only be carried out in full accordance with the submitted Noise Impact Assessment prepared by Noise and Vibration Consultants (NVC) Ltd and no dwelling shall be occupied until such time as all works which form part of the amelioration scheme detailed in Section 8.2 and 8.3 of the report have been completed.12. Within three months of the date of this permission full details of the construction of the landscaped bund and the proposed noise attenuation screen fencing have been submitted to, and approved by, the local planning authority. Once such details have been approved, the development shall only proceed in accordance with those details. The bund and fencing shall be installed before any dwelling is occupied and the bund and fencing shall remain in perpetuity.19. The car parking and any turning facilities shown within the curtilage of each dwelling shall be provided, hard surfaced and made available for use before the dwelling is occupied and shall thereafter be permanently so maintained.20. Before first occupation of any dwelling, its access drive and any turning space shall be surfaced with tarmacadam or similar hard bound material (not loose aggregate) for a distance of at least five metres behind the highway boundary and shall be so maintained at all times.
